How to shop
In order to make a purchase, you simply go to ‘shop’ on the menu bar and select the products you would like to buy and simply add it to your cart. Once you have finished your shopping, go to the checkout and follow the steps for payment.
Our payment method is paypal.
The prices in the shop are in Australian Dollars. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days once the order is ready. For Australia-wide deliveries we use a courier for orders over 1kg and for orders under 1kg we use normal surface mail (Australia Post ).

FREE DELIVERY within Australia when you purchase more than $100.
Important Delivery Information
We are unable to redirect parcels once the order has been dispatched.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the package is returned to us and if you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, an additional shipping fee will apply.
Delivery time frames are provided as a guide only, they may alter depending on the local postage service.
We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late.
Cancellation of Orders
We can accept a cancellation if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the parcel has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
We take no responsibility for damage or loss in delivery. It is your responsibility to pay for any returns postage, we only offer refunds on faulty items.
We do not normally refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong descision.
If your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address this with our shipping company.
